This has been a wonderful hospital. I took my mom for a cyst on her spine to the op clinic. They were very professional and courteous. They took us back very promptly that I hadn't finished filling out paperwork. The Dr came in explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. They scheduled her surgery for the following week. The nurses and Drs in the surgery prep area where very nice. They explain everything to you before they do it. The only thing I was concerned about was that we were told to be there at nine. Since we were coming from across town I was going to get a lyft which would've been at least $35. We get to admissions and they said the surgery was for 12:30. I was hoping that's the time she would be finished. My mom was already nervous about the surgery and that made it worse. I would've definitely been upset had I paid that $35. They did a good job with my mom and she'll be transferred to NRH for rehab
