I ve never in my life have experience such terrible patient service. My family got in a car accident last night we went to the ER and my family was treated horrible I couldn t believe the way my family was being treated. I asked for an update on my little sister and the nurse rudely answered what do you want to know I asked how s her blood pressure she answered its ok it s not urgent . No empathy what so ever she walked away saying I have to go there s people that are actually not breathing . I couldn t believe what was going on after being in a car accident the last thing you want to do is be treated that way. Second of all another nurse was like why dint you all take an ambulance from the get go everyone was being rude. I can t believe they get away with such behavior not only that but our family was in the waiting room obviously waiting since we are worried for are family members and we saw the car accident the nurse comes to the waiting room and asked Is there anyone else that needs to be seen we say no and her response was you guys are here taking up space . There was a lot of sarcasm no empathy rudeness it s upsetting that nurses treat people such way and they get away with this.
