The sink in our bathroom was completely clogged, the outlets by the bed didn t work, the phone would not dial the front desk. The neighborhood is sketchy and there is no hotel parking and really no covered, secure parking near the hotel. We arrived at 6pm after driving 10 hours. We grabbed some Hooter s wings and headed back to get a good night sleep. Well, the people above us were running, stomping and jumping all night long. I complained but it didn t work, finally at 1:15am, after zero sleep, we left the hotel and drove the remaining 7 hours back to TX. I have tried to reach Paul the manager but am told he s not there, or he s helping checkin guests, can he call me back. No call yet. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and honestly this is the second time we ve stopped in Memphis and neither time was a good experience. We ll stay in Nashville from now on.
