I had a warranty claim on my Stanley hose and had to call Bond Manufacturing Customer Service twice. It is a VERY busy place with long minutes to wait in line, but the professionalism and true customer care was excellent both times! They are heroes working under tremendous time pressure all day long. Thank you!
