I ordered my spa on 8/4/20, well into the middle of the pandemic. I was assured by my dealer, Fresno Jacuzzi Premium Spas that my spa would arrive in January. The date kept getting later and later for estimated arrival when I could get my phone call returned at all. The excuse of the pandemic was used over and over even though the spa was ordered 6 months into the pandemic and Jacuzzi Corporate should have had an understanding of how long manufacturing would take at that point. The dealer points to corporate for problems and corporate takes no responsibility for being behind. Frustrating experience! Have been told now expect if you order new estimated delivery is 64 weeks. At this rate I d expect that to mean 2+ years. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
