One star is GENEROUS for this bank. We had a personal and auto loan here and multiple times they messed up our payments and paid the auto loan when I was trying to pay the personal loan and the personal loan when I was trying to pay the auto loan. So we were just out that money that they messed up on. Don t bank here. Go bank at Mountain America
