We stayed in august 2018 on the 7th floor with a stunning view of the lake. The hotel is super, nice and very very well located. Its just opposite the station but we had no noise problem in our room. The hotel says they are 4 star superior but a few things could improve like having a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, they did give the same on request. The staff is friendly and nice but they do not have a concierge and all staff at the reception are not fully informed for tourists, but they do have basic information. The breakfast area overlooks the lake. The room size is decent but the bathrooms are small. They do have an extra service charge for room service which ended up us having a tea for 10 swiss francs. Overall a nice stay and experience and recommend to stay here.
