Supre court's judgement in the CBSE examination paper leak case was not at all fair. Why no re-exam for 10th when the paper was leaked a week before the exam. It was said that the paper was only leaked in delhi and haryana and hence the re-exam need not be conducted since it was not leaked to other parts of India. Does Mr Swarup not know about whatsapp? And in a week, the paper can even reach Antarctica, what about India? It should be same for 12 th economics examination. This is unfair for them. Their future depends on the boards. A re-exam means that they will have to study for their re-exam as well as the their entrances. SC's ruling is not at all justified. Justice SA bobde should have given a thought to the student's future. #Justice not served right
