I went in to be seen for a tick bite. I spent about 15 minutes with a nurse practitioner and was billed $487. That is an hourly rate of $1,948.. These people do with a pen what others get thrown in jail for doing with a gun!

I was billed separately for a blood test; I have made repeated requests for the results with no response. Use this "facility" only if it is that or die!
