Superb Customer Service! This is the only car dealership that my family and I trust to get a great vehicle! We worked with Mike Alderige and he did not pressure us into buying a vehicle and actually listened to what we wanted in a car! He was able to get my mom the perfect car for her and thoroughly explained everything so we understood all that was included in the car! English isn t my mother s first language but Mike explained everything in a way that we both understood! Honestly everyone at Martin Honda is so friendly and genuinely nice! We went to different car dealerships in the Newark and New Castle area and they were the most professional and nicest people! So far we ve bought 3 cars from them and we plan on going to only them in the future! Even if you re just looking around for a car stop by Martin Honda they have a great selection and they will treat you like family! I honestly could go on and on about how friendly everyone in the drealership was and how they offered us a seat and asked us if we wanted anything to drink which isn so common in this area! They checked in on us and even had a couple of great conversations! The reason why Martin Honda has been opened for so long is because they treat people like people and make sure that you leave satisfied!
