This place has some of the worst hours of any gym I've ever been to. It seems like if the wind blows the wrong way they close. I literally can't even keep track of how many times I've showed up only to be locked out because they're closed for whatever reason. Even days that follow their normal business hours are hard to deal with for anyone who works anything other than exactly 9-5. And what kind of gym is closed for 90% of the weekend?! Every time they screw up one of my workout days be being closed mid week I can't sleep in on Saturday because I have to shoot for the handful of hours they're actually open on the weekend.

Downtown residential is blowing up. If they don't stop purely catering to people who commute into birmingham for work they're going get destroyed by the first gym to offer good hours.
