I have just started a new Tenancy in Westminster - and Danial Cobb are the agents. Huw was fantastic in terms of getting the tenancy arranged. He was amazingly responsive and just a joy to deal with. Once the process had been started Salome was incredibly helpful and efficient.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Danial Cobb's Westminster branch again ... and after 10 years they have only got better. The systems and process are extraordinarily efficient, and the team kept me up to date at every step. The whole process has actually been a pleasure - and I am not sure I have ever been able to say that about finding and moving into a flat.

Having been looking for a flat for a month and had to deal with assorted agents who really didn't seem to care that much about what they were doing it has been a real joy to be dealing with people who genuinely take a pride in doing a good job, and care about your experience as a customer.
