Terrible customer service from the "Management" Po...

Terrible customer service from the "Management" Pons (belonging to the group). They make you physically go to the offices in the middle of a pandemic to pick up a piece of paper, when it could have been solved over the phone in 3 minutes. Once in their offices they tell you that the next appointment they have is within a month, forcing you to pay, therefore, the corresponding sanction with the Treasury for late payment of the transmission tax. A real shame
