Terrible service, never returned phone calls or replyed to emails. Solicitor was changed after a few weeks without informing me. After over 10 months they finally told me they would not persue the case as the council were refusing to take liberlity when it was clearly their fault. Avoid these solicitors, they are a complete waste of time.
