They have a program where if you lose your job etc. you're supposed to be able to turn your vehicle in no penalties, no black mark on your credit, they just keep your security deposit. I tried turning my vehicle in for 6 MONTHS, had been communicating frequently with them, they knew I wasn't paying payments and was trying to turn it in to the dealer. Getting ahold of ANYBODY to fax the lease turn in papers was a nightmare. Now they're telling me I owe them all sorts of money for a repossession. NOT WHAT HAPPENED. Good luck trying to get anyone to call you back. They may accept people with poor credit, but it's not worth it one bit. What a nightmare experience!!
