My family and I are patients at Copperview and have had good experiences with their staff and the care they provide. However, we can only see specialists when we get a referral, and here's where we've run into a problem. The referral department is horrible. They either take way too long to get back to you, or they don't get back to you at all. We've had to wait on much needed care because of their inability to get back to us in a somewhat timely manner.
