Dr. Hamid was not confident in a plan to perform my ankle replacement. I had to go back to my previous surgeon who had referred me to Dr. Hamid. My previous surgeon had to talk to Dr. Hamid twice to get him to do what I need done for surgery. When he finally decided what to do his staff would not cooperate with my insurance company and do what was required for coverage for Imaging for surgical planning. When I contacted them on ways to work with my insurance company they got frustrated at me and told me I was no longer a patient there. The doctor never talked to me even thought my referring physician asked him to.They just eliminated me from the clinic. I am in extreme pain and they did nothing about it. All I wanted was for them to cooperate my insurance company to cover things they said needed to be preformed before surgery, but they would not do what was needed to get it covered. Please do not go to this doctor because his staff is difficult to work with. They are very rude and treat you like a number not a patient. Dr. Hamid does not seem to know what to do when it comes to finding the best solution on his own.. He assumes a lot of the time with out listening to the patient and is not confident When I complained to there supervisor she did nothing about it.
