We used Ferguson to move us from our home to a storage unit while we built out next house. 8 months later we moved into our house and after finally unpacking everything we realized our kids Thomas the Train collection, kitchen box with silverware, box with pots and pans were missing. The only explanation was the movers stole them. They never made it here. So sad and disappointing.
