Came in at 330pm. Hard drive was fried. They offered to see whether it would be doable for them to restore the data and put it in a new hard drive for FREE, and then charged me if they were successful. Evan (I think) worked into the evening , and had my computer up and running by 11AM the next day.
Took a little wrangling, and, certain inaccurate things were said initially, yet they bust tail to get my office back up and running. KUDOS
