Just finished up a nightmare deal with "Cash Buyer...

Just finished up a nightmare deal with "Cash Buyers' with Mr. Byron Ford as their agent. Buyers bought our house after we gave a $9K price reduction and all was well...Until 2.5 weeks before closing and we get notified from Mel Antonios real estate that Byrons "Cash Buyers" house has appraised at $55,000 less what he sold it for and could we cut the price of OUR house $30,000. Really! Our house had NO issues and was appraised correctly. Why would his office come to us to cut the price of my home?? First off any "First rate real estate agent" should always get comparable before pricing out a home. He overpriced the house then sold it over asking. That's great for the sellers until the bank comes in and says no it's not worth $385000 its really worth $330000 and that's all your buyers will get for a mortgage. This caused a train wreck he could not and would not try to control. He basically told us his buyers deal was dead and offered no input at all how to make his time bomb deal work even though he knew his buyers had financial issues a week before. We had already moved our kids into a new school system, House contents in storage etc.. In the end My agent and myself had to kick in $6000 to cover for his incompetence. His " Cash buyers" suddenly had not enough cash and we were forced to give up our hard earned money to make the deal work. Yeah he's a big shot that sells all these properties but he is so busy juggling all the properties when something goes wrong he is completely incapable of fixing his own train wrecks leaving unsuspecting sellers he approached as having "cash buyers" to deal with his ineptitude at problem solving. We had to call his office and threaten legal action before the office owners daughter took control of the situation. In the end it cost us $3500 and our agent $4000+ Advice: If you are selling and this clown brings "Cash buyers" to your door be very careful and do not expect any help if issues arise. (PS I have all the emails to back up my claims just in case wonder boy wants to deny facts.) NOTE :Zillow and Trulia are corrupted and will not post this review even though it's 100% fact
