Pay almost $200 a month & our tv only works half of the time, the rest of the time it glitches. And we lose it all together with any storm. They have been here to repair it multiple times & replaced our old box with an updated one & it's ten times worse than the old one, it glitches constantly. And the internet is super slow even though we pay for the faster speed & WiFi goes out every time the tv does so it's completely unreliable which is a pain since our kids are homeschooled & use laptops & tablets. We don't have many options where we live so I guess we are stuck with them. Only good thing I have to say is that customer service is good, friendly people, who do try to help, it's just their service & products are flawed.
