I called them to get an estimate for my daughter's...

I called them to get an estimate for my daughter's home to connect the sewage line to the city line. They were the third company to give us this bid. However, their technician would not even measure since the city had not yet marked where they were tapping in. We realize it could change...it is an ESTIMATE....but they refused to do so. Terrible business practice!!
