It happens way too often that I do not get any mails and then suddenly comes a box I do not want to have. Moreover, it is much too expensive and the customer service I am 15 minutes in the waiting loop without what happened ....
UPDATE: Customer service has now contacted. Nevertheless, I'm not satisfied anymore. The delivery service came at 22:45 yesterday which is definitely too late, there was no excuse.
