Sad that the ownership has changed to Regal Cinema...

Sad that the ownership has changed to Regal Cinema. Received a gift card from a family member who went to the Warren to purchase it and was told to go to amazon online to buy a Regal gift card. Went to use it yesterday to see a show and they told us they had not yet switched over to be able to use the gift cards. Why would you tell someone to purchase Regal Cinema gift cards if you can't use them? Makes no sense.......

Always a great movie experience and the staff is great. Let's hope the new ownership doesn't ruin a great thing.
