After running over a pothole and damaging our leased 2016 CRV, Brandon helped us consider some options for moving into a new lease at a very competitive price. He was unflaggingly patient as we did some quick comparative math and weighed the pros and cons of re-upping vs facing the repair bill. Though he wasn't pushy, he was always ready to explain the features of the newer models and ultimately sold us on the change.
