Never Ever order parts with this lousy and bad customer service company.

They provide false and misleading shipping information to their customer on their website, at the time of order placement it says Expedited DHL service with 3-4 business days delivery but it is taking way longer than that 2 weeks to get the order.

Placed the order on 05/14 and the expected delivery was mentioned 05/23 at the time of order placement. But a day later it says 05/28 like it is coming form other continent or Timbuktu. Very disappointed with Rock auto and their service they should have mentioned up front on their website the realistic and correct transit/shipping times so that customer can choose different courier or do not buy from them at all.

They are providing wrong delivery time at the time of order placement just to get customer's business this is wrong business practice and won't last long we live in 21st century not in stone age .
