I placed an online order for a pair of Sorel Cate the Great boots from them, had some technical issues with placing the order, but they took great and immediate care of me when I contacted them about it. The customer service rep, Alex, who I emailed with was super polite and friendly and had the issue cleared up in a matter of minutes. The boots arrived quickly and were boxed up nicely.
