Reception staff made you feel welcome on arrival. Had to wait 20mins in the queue to order food. Ordered 2 hamburgers it took 1 and half hours for them to come out they were stone cold so where the chips. Meesha was very rude when taking my order and is not suited to taking orders or customer service we also had to ask for a refund for our meal as it was inedible the manager was helpful but kept asking if we could re cook it and we said no refund mac Donald's would be at least hot and edible.
Terrible service not happy they all need to work a lot harder to serve customers better maybe some new better trained kitchen and floor staff.
