13 storey hotel, so good views.

13 storey hotel, so good views.
Not too $$$.
Close to transport and food outlets.
Skybus shuttle pickup just down the street.
Bit noisy currently with the underground rail line being built, but should be great one the line is finished.
Minibar available, and only Nzd$50 in credit card preauthorisation.
Would have loved if the hotel rooms had double glazed windows as street noise is still audible.
