This review is for both pre-visit and actual visit. After meeting with the general manager to discuss the issues, felt he was sincere, however the part i needed, even though a common part, needed to be ordered. Upside it should be arriving in a short time frame. overall, between the issues and the GM follow up, I can only give 3 stars.
