We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the hotel with the great sea, the sensational view of the sea and its service. Thanks for that.
The suite was very large and spacious, the sea view of the coast of Malta was a dream.
Unfortunately, the house is not in a uniformly renovated condition on every floor. The lower floors are still 90s.
Tatjana, the Guest Relations Manager, does a very good job for this. We were very impressed with how much passion she struggles to keep her guests happy. She has a very good relationship with her guests and feels when something doesn't quite fit.
Recommendation: If problems arise = contact Tatjana and she will find a solution.
This is exactly what I expect from a 5 star hotel.
Everything was given for us. Thank you The Westin, thank you Malta!
