I recently purchased some books from this company and was impressed by their wide selection and user-friendly website. However, I found the customer service to be lacking as it took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry. The shipping was also slower than expected, and the packaging was not very secure, resulting in some damage to the books. 📚 Overall, while the range of books was impressive, the customer service and shipping experience were disappointing. I hope that they can improve in these areas to provide a better overall experience for customers.
