My last service here, I requested the standard service for my Subaru's mileage and to inspect the brakes and advise if they needed replacing because they were squeaking quite a bit. They performed the oil change, did not do the brakes and told me everything was good-to-go. A few thousand miles later, my engine seized without warning because there was too little oil in it, forcing a $5,100 repair to replace the engine. Then the brakes started grinding metal-to-metal because they should have been replaced during the last service, at Subaru of Wakefield. Finally, when I got my brakes done (somewhere reliable/reputable), I found out whoever last touched the rear left wheel lug left it stripped and nearly impossible to remove. I wish I could trust any Subaru dealer to properly care for my Subaru car, but the reality is this particular dealership has permanently lost my trust.
