Standard motor products is an average company. I have been using their products for a while now and I can say that they offer decent products at a reasonable price. The quality is not exceptional, but it gets the job done. However, I have found that their customer service could be improved. Their response time is a bit slow and sometimes it's hard to get a satisfactory resolution to any issues I have. Overall, I would say they are just average.
