The food is always great BUT there is no reason it should ever take an hour and 20 minutes for a carry out order for a cheese pizza on a Monday! I was told 45 minutes. Sure no problem as I was driving home from work. I order from a lot of pizza places and this is never an issue anywhere else. Due to this I will not be ordering from here again. The time thing is definitely an issue and not worth the wait. It seems like based on past reviews it is an ongoing issue that is never addressed. There is always more staff than customers so I am not sure what the deal was. I was standing around with other patrons with carry out orders as well with the same complaints. No explanations no apologies and not even an offer of some kind of compensation! "Feelin Saucy" is a great new place in town in Melbourne AND rivals Genna! They don't take over an hour for their orders and are super friendly.
