This office is always crowded with clients, but I've never witnessed any fights, yelling, or disrespect. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes before it opens in order to be seen right away; otherwise, you'll wait for hours. The staff can't always help you because they are bound by government laws outside of their control, so you might not be able to obtain whatever financial benefit you're seeking, but at least they are polite, friendly, patient, and respectful. They're never arrogant. They never have an attitude.
