Nice accommodation and sea views, shame about the facilities. We had a caravan in the 'surf village' area which was clean and comfortable with plenty of space between caravans. However, the on-site Nisa shop is over-priced and doesn't sell anything of any quality so make sure to bring all your food from elsewhere. The Bait Ball restaurant was so disappointing. It has a roof top terrace with far reaching views across Woolacombe bay, but the food and overall experience of eating there was just plain dreadful. Everything we ordered was either under cooked, over cooked, tasteless, or just unpleasant to eat. The table was filthy and after asking to have it cleared had to wipe it clean ourselves. Nobody came to check if we were enjoying our meal. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. The indoor pool was ok, but a bit small for the number of guests on site. Woolacombe beach in the sunshine made the stay worthwhile though!
