I had a tough time here. I'm bummed because I loved the car.. I got yelled at actually yelled at by one of the managers! I am a 31 year old woman and this guy made me feel really small as a person it suck! I understand I was rolling over a high loan and a not so good car.. I asked them not to play games and let's see what we can do. They played games.. took my lonely right out of my account told me I had a deal and then said I didn't the next day when I went to pick up MY NEW CAR!! They embarrassed me!! Don't do it!
