I was rear-ended and brought my SUV to Walser to have my bumper repaired. I spent way too much time on the phone between Walser and the Insurance company to get this repair completed. After over 3 months of Walser refusing to make the appointment without insurance payment and the insurance company stating they werent paying until the repair was completed, I finally went to Beurkle Hyundai. Beurkle got my SUV in right away after the bumper order came in (2 days after I contacted them) and repair completed over the weekend. Walser was a Tremendous waste of my time.

***The General Manager has reached out to apologize to me about my experience with this shop. The call was appreciated and I have added back 1 star since he has gone out of his way to personally apologize for the handling of my service. I do understand that mistakes happen.
