This is the worst loan company. They send payments through the day before the due date, racking up charges. Also, beware if your due date falls on a bank holiday. They will not process the payment at all, then charge a late fee, and wait several months before making contact. Their phone customer service is rude and does not speak English very well. The online customer service is not monitored, and no one responds. I would only recommend this company to someone I wanted to get screwed over.
