At first, staff was great, courteous and on top of things. Me and my wife went in labor and delivery, it was 5 star. Post pardom was 1 star. We had one nurse who seemed really dumb, forgot everything, and would come in to wake you up just to see if you need anything. "Yeah sleep". My wife didn't sleep for 2 days, as soon as she would connect, staff comes in. And we were not allowed to send baby to nursery at all. They said they cater to moms who breast feed, not to ones who don't. Food was cold, and nasty. So 1 start after baby, 5 star getting baby here, 3 start total is very fair.
