Our first experience with BHH was not great we loved the house but the girl agent Truly didn t give us the time of day and then dismissed us by acting like her personal meeting with a friend was more important than a live customer who was ready to spend a half a million on a house. We left disappointed!
Fast forward a week and half later we went back and this time it was John Chandler, what a breath of fresh air. He took all the time we needed and escorted us through the models asking what we really cared about, if it were not for him we would have definitely scrapped the BHH option! If you want the other agent to care or in our case care as much as our agent did then he is a great choice. Honest and responsive. We would use him in the future based on his expert customer service and that is the sign of a great agent!
