The service was simply rude. Even though it was just our waiter and not the general staff, that does not make the experience much better. In fact, the waiter was so slow that I ended up missing my train.
The food was mediocre. It s hard to find good dim sum in GB but it certainly was not much better than some other places I have been to.
The dessert was the best thing about the entire stay at this restaurant - well-presented and delicious.
It s a shame that the service was miserable as I liked the general atmosphere of the place.
