I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 from them. After a week I noticed the fender flares were hanging off and could easily be pulled off by a car wash. This was covered under the warranty since this was how it looked on the lot and they said they would replace the fender flares no problem. After months of phone calls to their department because they would never call me back they have ad me come in to look at it and order part 5 times now. I took it in to actually be rapiared recently and after not hearing from them for a week I called and they said they took pictures and I could come pickup the jeep anytime. I got there and no repairs were done. This is going on 4 months with no repairs being done to the vehicle. I still right now am waiting on a call back that I know will not be made back to me and I will have to contact them.

After reading other reviews on this page its obvious that many other people have the same issues with this dealership. They are hacks! No contact and rarely do the repairs they've promised. They are hoping you will stop calling and just go somewhere else. If you can do business with another dealership and avoid the horrible service and empty promises by this company, please do. You will save yourself a world of trouble and headaches.
