I ordered medication from web pharmacy ,with guaranteed next day delivery ! I ordered Monday morning and as per your website who clearly state GUARANTEED NEXT DAY , so I waited all day Tuesday for my package and nothing came I contacted DPD WHO CHECKED MY DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD YOU BEED TO CONTACT WEBPHARMACY . This is nothing to do with DPD webpharmacy have issued the tracking details and marked as dispatched which they do online but they have not given the package to DPD ! I sent messages to web pharmacy who didn t know I had been in contact with DPD, and Said unfortunately it s not webpharmacy ITS A ISSUE WITH DPD WE CANT CONTROL DELAYS AT DPD END ! The reason I wrote this was I hate company passing the blame for mistakes made when they are at fault I WASTED A DAY WAITING IN AND THE ONLY REASON I CHOSE WEBPHARMACY WAS GUARANTEED NEXT DAY they offer no compensation for parcels not arriving next day . It totally stressed me out as I wanted the medication. ASAP
