We have been a guest at this location many times. Our most recent trip was very disappointing. Our room was extremely noisy due to loud guests in next room only amplified by the door that adjoins the rooms.
The night before checkout I called the front desk to ask about a late checkout and the gentleman at the front desk was rude, condescending, and outright obnoxious. His response and attitude alone would make me think twice before ever spending another night in this hotel. Very disappointed and have lost faith in this brand.
