Extremely slow service, lost one of my tapes and not returning emails! Initially I received emails confirming my order, confirming receipt, confirming digitalization was starting...then nothing, silence for over a month. Eventually I called to check and was told they were still being processed, it was around 2-3+ months for my order to be returned. None of the discs were labelled and they mixed up several of the tapes in the wrong cases. The files were low quality and many were huge hour+ long files despite the majority having inly 20-30 min of content, no editing had been done whatsoever. At least I can fix that myself but the real bummer is that one tape was completely missing and not converted into a digital file. I checked and double checked the discs to make sure I hadn't missed it but it wasn't there. I've emailed several times at this point, the company hasn't bothered to respond. I would say if it's something you care about and don't want to lose don't use this service. Makes me wonder how many of these positive reviews are legit too. :/
