I am disappointed by my appointment at the center ...

I am disappointed by my appointment at the center today.
Their front desk staff are unprofessional and nonchalant about their role.
The Front desk attendant who attended to me claims they do not have my full name, I don't know what the medical center will take an appointment without a full name. I am asked 3 times by the same individual the reason for my visit. She proceeds to tell me I am not eligible for a screening ignoring my medical history. If they do not give a mammogram due to age it should be mentioned during appointment intake. Current research indicates age should not be the only determining factor for mammogram screening. I wasted 45 minutes of my time at the center today. They intentionally did not provide details of their administrator to give them feedback on the quality of service reached their center. I would avoid this unprofessional intuition and find another one in Lagos that offers better quality service for your money and health.
