Room very small. Window looked out on exhaust equipment from buildings below, and a parking garage. Asked for a change, no dice, even though a lower price popped up before arrival. Front desk said we are full . Heater unit ran all night despite turning it to off position, so annoying. I turned down all the way but still made the room too close, too close and too warm. Tried leaving window open but room filled up with fryer food smells coming from the restaurant below. Bed was old saggy coil spring. Could hear people talking just like they were in the room with me, as walls paper thin. Also got charged an additional $50, for potential extras and have to wait for refund since I didn t use any. Don t know if common practice in WA state hotels, but first time it has happened to me. I won t stay there again, and would not recommend. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
