I was in an unfortunate situation where I found myself without dental insurance, and in need of some help. 10 years after having a root canal and crown placed, the crown came off to reveal a tooth that was no longer viable, and would require extraction. I've never had a tooth removed, and went into the situation Google'ing all I could.

A friend of mine mentioned the Mirian Clinic, but I was concerned by a couple reviews that were less than favorable. My options were limited, as well were my funds. I arrived early, without an appointment, and I got right in to see someone. The staff was very pleasant, and professional. The facilities were clean, and comfortable.

I was in very little pain, and the extraction was determined better suited for an oral surgeon, so I was scheduled for an appointment a couple of days later. I again arrived early, and was able to be seen earlier than expected. The oral surgeon was also very friendly and professional. I was provided very detailed instructions to care for the area after the removal, and was offered assurances that if I had any questions or concerns, that I was welcome to call or come back.

The next morning, I was in remarkably VERY little pain. Scale 1-10, I'd give it a 1 at best, seriously. No need for pain meds. I can't speak for the other reviews, but my experience was a positive one, and I would certainly recommend the Marian Clinic. I jokingly say that I hope I never have see em again, but if I do, I will be very comfortable doing so.
